Music gives us a beautiful way to express our love for God, remember His faithfulness, and encourage one another. At Moraine City First Church of God, our Music Ministry exists to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song and lead our congregation in heartfelt worship.

Whether a song celebrates the joy of salvation or offers comfort during a difficult season, our desire is for its message to point people to Jesus. We pray that the words we sing will strengthen faith, stir hearts, and help people respond to God’s love.

Leading Our Church in Worship

Worship is something we share as a church family. As our voices join together, we declare what we believe, give thanks for what God has done, and turn our attention toward Him.

Our music ministry seeks to help the congregation participate wholeheartedly in praise. Every song is an opportunity to reflect on the truth of God’s Word and honor the One who is worthy of our worship.

Sharing the Message of Jesus

We want the message of Christ to come through clearly in the music we share. Songs rooted in biblical truth can remind us of God’s promises, encourage us to trust Him, and speak hope into circumstances others may never see.

Our purpose is to serve both those who already know Jesus and those who are just beginning to learn about Him. Through meaningful, Spirit-filled singing, we seek to share the good news of His grace, forgiveness, and life-changing love.

Growing Together as a Choir

Being part of the choir is an opportunity to grow spiritually while serving alongside others. As we prepare and sing together, we seek to encourage one another, build friendships, and keep our hearts focused on the Lord.

We want our unity to be heard in our singing and seen in how we care for each other. Each member contributes to a shared purpose: honoring Christ and helping others worship Him.

Using Your Gifts to Serve

God has given individuals musical gifts that can bless the whole church. Our Music Ministry provides an avenue for those gifts to become a meaningful part of our worship services.

We desire to see our choir and music ministry grow as more people find a place to serve. If you have a heart for worship and an interest in sharing your musical abilities, we would love to talk with you about getting involved.
