Life brings responsibilities, pressures, and questions that no man should have to face alone. At Moraine City First Church of God, our Men’s Ministry brings men together to grow closer to Jesus, build lasting friendships, and put faith into action.

Whether you’re a young adult finding your direction, a husband or father caring for your family, or a man entering a new season of life, you have something to offer and a place to belong. You don’t need to know all the answers. Come ready to connect with other men who are learning to follow Christ, just like you.

Growing in God’s Word

We want to help men understand the Bible and apply its truth to everyday life. Following Jesus shapes how we handle pressure, make decisions, care for our families, and treat others.

Through Scripture, prayer, and meaningful conversation, we encourage one another to become men of integrity who depend on God. Our desire is to build a faith that guides us throughout the week, wherever life takes us.

Enjoying Activities Together

Our ministry includes activities that give men opportunities to spend time together, enjoy fellowship, and get to know one another. Having fun together helps us build friendships that continue long after an activity ends.

These gatherings are also a great way to get involved for the first time. Come participate, bring a friend, and meet men who will be glad you’re there.

Helping Our Community

Serving others is an important part of our Men’s Ministry. We work together to help our community, respond to needs, and share the love of Jesus in practical ways.

Every man brings different skills and experiences. Whether you enjoy hands-on work, organizing a project, or simply lending a helping hand, your contribution matters. As we serve together, we want our neighbors to experience the kindness and care of a church that loves them.

Supporting Each Other

The friendships we build become a source of support when someone needs help. Through this ministry, we help one another with practical needs, offer encouragement during difficult seasons, and pray for the concerns weighing on each other’s hearts.

Sometimes support means working alongside someone to get a job done. Sometimes it means listening, checking in, or reminding a brother that he isn’t facing his struggles alone. We want to be men who show up for one another.

Living Our Faith at Home and at Work

Some of our greatest opportunities to honor God happen in everyday moments: keeping our word, listening patiently, admitting when we’re wrong, and treating people with kindness.

We encourage men to lead by example wherever God has placed them. For husbands and fathers, that includes loving and caring for their families. For every man, it means living with humility, taking responsibility, and showing the character of Christ in daily relationships.
